Why do we ask for a deposit for some pickups at Pula Airport?

When we accept your reservation, a driver reserves several hours for your transfer and needs to travel into Croatia before your scheduled arrival.
And yes — this has happened before:
“Oh, sorry, we don't need the transfer anymore.”
The problem is that sometimes the driver was already on the way to Pula.
For that reason, some Pula Airport pickups require a partial advance payment or deposit to confirm the reservation.
It is not because we do not trust our passengers. It simply confirms that the vehicle and driver's time are genuinely reserved for your journey.
If advance payment does not work for you, that is completely fine.
